DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
1. PARTIES
This Agreement has been signed between the parties mentioned below under the following terms and conditions:

By accepting this Agreement, the BUYER acknowledges that, upon confirming the order, they will be obligated to pay the price of the ordered goods and any additional charges such as shipping fees, taxes, etc., and that they have been informed about this obligation in advance.
2. DEFINITIONS
In the application and interpretation of this contract, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them:
- MINISTER: The Minister of Customs and Trade,
- MINISTRY: The Ministry of Customs and Trade,
- LAW: Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection,
- REGULATION: Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188),
- SERVICE: Any consumer transaction other than the provision of goods made in exchange for a fee or benefit,
- SELLER: A company that offers goods to consumers within the scope of its commercial or professional activities or acts on behalf of or for the account of the goods provider,
- BUYER: A real or legal person acquiring, using, or benefiting from a good or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes,
- SITE: The website owned by the SELLER,
- ORDER PLACER: The real or legal person who requests a good or service through the SELLER’s website,
- PARTIES: The SELLER and the BUYER,
- CONTRACT: This agreement between the SELLER and the BUYER,
- GOOD: Any movable goods subject to shopping, including intangible goods prepared for use in electronic environments such as software, sound, and visual products.
3. SUBJECT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of the products whose features and sales prices are specified below, ordered by the BUYER electronically via the SELLER’s website.
The listed and advertised prices are the sales prices. The announced prices and commitments remain valid until they are updated and changed. Time-limited announced prices remain valid until the end of the specified period.

7. PRODUCT(S) SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT
7.1. The essential characteristics of the goods/services (type, quantity, brand/model, color, and quantity) are published on the SELLER’s website. If a campaign is organized by the SELLER, the relevant product’s basic features can be reviewed during the campaign. The campaign is valid until the stated period ends.
7.2. The listed and advertised prices are the sales prices. The announced prices and commitments remain valid until they are updated and changed. Time-limited announced prices remain valid until the end of the specified period.
7.3. The total price of the goods or services, including all applicable taxes, is shown below:

7.4. The shipping cost for product delivery shall be borne by the BUYER.

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
9.1. The BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that they have read and understood the essential characteristics of the product, its sales price, payment method, and delivery-related information as published on the SELLER’s website, and has electronically confirmed this information.
9.2. Each product covered by the contract will be delivered to the BUYER or the person/entity at the address specified by the BUYER within 30 days, depending on the distance to the BUYER’s place of residence, as stated in the preliminary information section on the website. If the product is not delivered within this period, the BUYER has the right to terminate the contract.
9.3. The SELLER undertakes to deliver the contract product free of defects, complete, in accordance with the specifications specified in the order, with any necessary documents such as warranty certificates and user manuals, and in compliance with legal regulations.
10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
10.1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery date without assuming any legal or penal responsibility and without providing any justification, provided they notify the SELLER.
10.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be sent via registered mail, fax, or email within 14 days. The product must be unused and returned with its invoice, return form, packaging, and any accessories included.
11. PRODUCTS EXEMPT FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:
- Custom-made or personalized products,
- Underwear, swimsuits, makeup items,
- Perishable goods or those with an expiration date,
- Digital content, software, or services initiated with consumer approval before the withdrawal period ends.
12. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
If the BUYER defaults on payments, they agree to pay interest and be responsible to their bank under the credit card agreement. In such cases, the SELLER reserves the right to claim damages.
13. COMPETENT COURT
Any disputes arising from this contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts within the BUYER’s location, depending on the monetary limits defined by law.
14. ENFORCEMENT
The BUYER acknowledges that they accept all terms of this contract upon making a payment for their order on the website.
